You’ll be introduced to your coaching circle before the next 90-day session begins. Groups change before every session. These Intimate, curated groups meet on Wednesdays at 8:30 am to explore tailored discussion prompts and foster genuine relationships. Email us to request a virtual option.

Every 90-day session will include weekly journal prompts and discussion topics, as well as actionable challenges to bring the content to life. Get ready to dig deep into a topic for 90 days, and then we’ll shift to a different focus.

We’re hosting in-person events in NYC and Stockholm to bring members together for fun, fostering deeper connections and real-world integration of your insights.

Once a month we’ll bring our communities from the U.S and Sweden together for an online event. These will be Interactive sessions with breakout groups to encourage the sharing of diverse perspectives and an expansion of your learnings.

Alongside the Studio Session content, we will host "office hours" and provide you with access to a supportive coach to address your questions and offer personalized guidance throughout your journey. 1:1 coaching is still the most effective support we can offer, so you may still consider booking a session at least once per 90-day session.
